Main sewer lines sometimes can be in the worst possible spots when having a clogged drain. When houses get built most the time builders don’t think about having a clogged drain to deal with. Placement of a main sewer line should be thought about ahead of time. Stack lines and front floor clean outs should be both easily accessible for cleaning/snaking.
I’ve seen basements built that have stack pipes right in the center of the basement which is great. What they didn’t plan for is that the bathroom would be around the stack and that the opening would face the wrong way.
Cleaning drains is very important. Drains do back up and there’s no way to prevent this. Chemicals is known to be terrible for the drains and pipes. More problems will occur if you use chemicals weather store bought or home made. Snaking drains is the only way to clean and push the clog out the pipe.

Drain cleaning is like any other specialty, you must have a very knowledgeable professional tackle your issue. When hiring a so called handyman that’s not a drain cleaning professional. Most cables/machines that people own aren’t strong enough and proper to clean sewer lines right. It’s important to camera your sewer line to view it and see the condition of your line. If the proper size blades don’t get all the way through your sewer line, you then know that’s a result that you need a camera inspection. The video from the camera inspection can be kept in your files and years later when you might have a sewer issue you can compare the difference between the to tapes.
Call fozzon.ru a company that has been around since 1974 and knows how to properly clean and video inspect your sewer line.

Sewer rooting is the service of removing roots from your sewer line or floor drain. Roots tend to grow anywhere and everywhere. There is no stopping root growth. The only way to keep roots from getting into your sewer line is to excavate. 90% of the time that’s not needed and very pricey. Once tree roots enter your sewer line there is no getting rid of them. Tree roots grow and grow. By cleaning your sewer line annually you will slow down the process of roots growth from spreading. Most our clients have never had to dig/excavate if they maintain cleaning on their sewer line.
Never dig unless you get two opinions. Remember the service of excavating your yard is not cheap. Don’t just let any company talk you into digging unless they can 100% prove your line needs it.
Each and every day we get calls from clients that have a clogged or plugged sewer line. Most of the time it’s tree roots that keep coming back. Once our company cleans your sewer line property we suggest having preventative maintenance on your line annually. If a severe issue arises our company as well can preform video camera sewer line inspection. Our clients that have their sewer line professional cleaned are far happier then those clients who choose to wait. Cleaning your sewer drain before a back-up occurs will also save on your pocket book.
Having your sewer line cleaned yearly will slow down root growth from breaking your pipe apart even further. Scale is another source of debris that develops throughout the entire year in your sewer line. When scale has a chance to harden it will also take time to smooth down the inside of your pipe. The only way to get rid of roots is by excavation but most people don’t want to spend the thousands of dollars until they truly need to.

Everyday our company cleans several main sewer line throughout the city of Houston/St. Paul and suburbs. Today we found a massive root build-up in a new customers house. At the beginning we thought they needed to camera and locate a broken pipe. After some time we ran 6″ blades through the line and pulled out this huge root. In our professional opinion any line that has roots should be inspected with a camera to see the condition of the pipe and should be set up on annual cleaning.
