The number one question our company gets when pulling tree roots out of sewer system is “are we gonna have to excavate?”

There are several steps to perform before any digging in required. Never let any company talk you into digging before taking the proper steps. Make sure you do you own due diligence. Understanding how far the sewer company made it through your sewer line is question number one. Ask them how many feet they have gotten and what size cutter/blade they used. If the drain technician says tree roots are coming back on his cutter then give him a couple hours before your resort to digging.
Step 2: call the city you live in and see where your sewer line runs and where your sewer line taps into the main city. Have the city check their sewer line to make sure the flow is nice and that it’s not a city issue.
If you have drainage have the plumbing company camera inspect your sewer line. Scoping your sewer line with a camera is worth a million dollars. But, if there is water in your sewer line the camera won’t see through 100%. Make sure you get a second opinion before ever digging. Having a different technician from the same company or hiring another company to see what they find. Always hire someone you trust. Get referrals from family members or friends.
Most companies that excavate make their money on digging repairs. Don’t dig until your 100% sure digging is the last resort. Don’t let a company convince you to replace your entire sewer line either. Most the time all you need is a ONE SPOT repair, sometimes two. Once the plumbing company repairs their one spot repair have them camera the rest of your sewer line. At that time you can discuss if you can continue cleaning the rest of your sewer line or if you need to continue excavation.
Our company suggests after having a repair made hiring a drain cleaning company to run their machines with cutters through your line. After having any repair done set yourself up for an annual drain cleaning to prevent excavation costs in the future.

Easy to read map of a waste water treatment plant. People are sometimes curious as to where debris goes when it exits their homes. Some people might think once they flush and put something down their drains it’s magically gone, well think again. Lots of hard work goes into separating sewage and water. Water that we use is recycled and we eventually use it again.

Don’t think for a second by owning a smart car your in the clear. There are always pro’s and con’s to everything you purchase in life. Just make sure when buying a smart car the pro’s outweigh the con’s. Let’s dive in a take a look at some of the benefits to the smart car. Not only does a smart car get 40 mpg, but is also environmentally friendly as well. Did you know what 95% of the vehicle is recyclable materials from construction. Smart cars are so tiny they can basically park anywhere. The smart car is only nine feet long. That’s two feet shorter then the Mini Cooper. The car is so small they even found room to fit four airbags inside.
Now let’s go over some of the con’s. One of the biggest issue to owning a smart car is the limited space. If this car is your only dependent car that could be a problem at times. When moving items from one location to another your may have to rent a truck or count on a friend. The smart car is so small that it makes it hard for other vehicles to see you on the road. Cause it’s smaller it may be able to maneuver out of an accident that an SUV or truck couldn’t avoid. Cruise control unfortunately doesn’t come equipped in smart cars, yet. How smart is a smart car when family can’t drive together? If you plan on going on a road trip or even out to dinner a smart car won’t get you all their together.
Personally, I hope one day they invent the “Smart truck”, in the near future of course.

Frost-free sillcocks are designed that the shut-off valve is located about 8 to 12 inches inside the sillcock pipe. This puts the water line inside the house. The further the sillcock reaches inside the heated walls, the lower the chance of a bursting pipe. When going to replace a leaky or broken sillcock most people install a frost-free. The frost free sillcock makes it so the water gets turned off inside the home and then can be drained on the outside. Purchasing a frost free faucet can be anywhere from $30-$65 and up. If your going through the trouble of having an exterior faucet leak on a hose bib (sillcock) replaced make sure you spend the extra money and install a frost-free style if you have room for the thicker pipe. Call fozzon.ru today to schedule an appointment.

“It’s National Ice Cream Soda Day! Take the time to enjoy this frothy drink, comprised of a few scoops of ice cream in any carbonated beverage. It’s the perfect thing to cool you off on this June day.
Ice cream sodas were invented by Robert Green in 1874 during Philadelphia’s sesquicentennial celebration. Legend has it that Mr. Green added vanilla ice cream to the soda he sold after he ran out of ice (though Mr. Green claims he had dreamt up the innovation prior to the event). Intentional or not, it was a delicious way to keep the sodas cold, and they were an instant hit. Green was so proud of his creation that he even had the phrase “Originator of the Ice Cream Soda” engraved on his tombstone!
These days, there are many delicious variations of the original ice cream soda, including root beer floats, Boston coolers, and purple cows. To celebrate National Ice Cream Soda Day, all you need is soda, a few scoops of ice cream, and a straw!”
